If you are a consumer user:

  • If any physical works that we have supplied, come damaged due to transportation, the transportation company will be liable and not B&D Gates & Railings.

  • If any physical works become faulty before 1 month of normal usage, things like parts coming unglued or pages getting separated, or binding coming apart, Moi Garcia Rebinds will provide free of charge either a fix (shipping costs will be paid by each customer) or a money compensation for it that will be equal to the value of the work, book, materials used.

When you upload or post content to our site, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the service provided by the website and across different media.
